Here it finally is the 'Monthly Trend' of March! There are a few fashion tips you have to keep in mind:

(1) This Spring it's all about colour blocking with pastels.
(2) A colour that is a must-have is yellow.
(3) Flowers all the way!
(4) Try to add a pop of neon colour to your pastel outfit.
(5) Finish your outfit with some gold bracelets.

This pink dress by Michael Kors is copycated by Topshop. I understand not everyone can afford a 2000 dollar dress, so therefore you can say that it's good that a much more affordable brand makes it too, but don't they look TOO similar?

Style Files - Workin' Casual Friday

There is a new segment on my blog I want to introduce you to... It's called Style Files! The concept is that each month (or every other month) has a theme. I'll post every week something that is (editorial or just inspirational) related to that theme. For instance, this month it's all about work (since a lot of my readers requested this) and here is some outfit ideas for causual friday. I'm not sure if I'll continue with this segment, because I want to know if you are interested in this segment or not. If you are interested... What should the next theme be?

Valentine Gifts For Him

Do you each year wonder what to give your boyfriend (or husband) for Valentine's Day and end up giving him a Hallmark card? Not this year anymore, because I've made a list (for some ideas)! 

1. What does every guy always have with them everywhere? I know some girls hope that the answer is their girlfriend, but unfortunately for them... It's their wallet. Put your picture inside, so that you are with him everywhere (kinda).

2. For those who live in a sunny area, give him sunglasses!

3. Give your favorite cologne... Don't need to spill more words on that.

4. If you don't have that much to spend, make him dinner and express your love in the food.

5. For the girls with working boyfriends among us... A tie is a perfect way to dress him a bit the way you want. Who can resist a man in suit (and tie)?

6. I don't know about your boyfriends, but mine can't do anything without his iPad. So, show him your love for his baby and give him a iPad case!

7. If you really don't know what to give him (due a lack of money or just time to buy something) a sweet DIY card is also an option ofcourse...

Monthly Trend: February

Some of you who also follow me on Twitter know that I've been back home. Traveling with my boyfriend was amazing and we had so much fun! I was so busy (and the internet was really bad too actually) that I couldn't blog every (other) day, I am very sorry for this. To make it up, I'll try to do as many posts as I can this month! Ok?

As usual, the first post of the month is a monthly trend. Here I present you an outfit that has the must haves for this month. February is all about the bright and pastelle colours... Love it!

Black Gold Leopard

IFB has a new project : create your red carpet looks, it's about imagining what would you wear when you walk on red carpet. And I go to a classic, glamorous style with black, gold and a little bit leopard. I think I'm going crazy with leopard right now. I'm obsessed!!! And I think leopard still be great (and always) with black and gold. I love those colors. Looks so glamour, classy and sexy definitely.
I'm not a fan of a sleeveless dress, so I put a long sleeves dress and it's still look sexy right? Sexy is not about a big boobs or something else like that. Sexy is more in a smart way you speak, you talk, you do something, and enjoying your life. That's what I call sexy ;)

Monthly Trend: January

 

This month I had a little bit rough time figuring out what these month's must haves are... I know for sure that this month it is going to be all about the stars. What do you think these month's must haves are? 

Copycat - White Tuxedo Blazer

There's a new blog item I want to introduce to you all... 'Copycat'. I'm not sure how often I'll posts this, but I try every other week.

This week it is the white tuxedo blazer of D&G copycat by H&M. The D&G blazer is $995 and the H&M blazer is $50. What is  your opinion about copycats like H&M and Zara? Do you think it's nice that people who are not very rich can purchase fashionable items or do you think copycats are going too far?

Polyvoring

Hey guys, long time no see! :)

- I've been finding it really difficult to find time and space to take outfit pictures. Excuses such as the fact I don't have a decent camera, and the family one is far to complicated and foreign to understand. I'm thinking of investing in a DSLR but finances at the moment are being spent on driving lessons, a car and insurance. So that's really out of the question. There's nowhere around I'd like to use as 'photo space'; apart from outside, which I personally don't particularly like. I'd like a plain white wall, with good natural lighting surrounding it. Which we don't have. But to be completely honest, I can't be bothered, my outfits aren't that interesting, and they're starting to look a bit dated. Due to the fact I have no money, I haven't been shopping in a while.

- I dyed my hair again! Actually I dyed it twice in three days. The box was blonde, but on the side, it showed it would come out light brown on my natural hair colour. I had to re-dye it a bit lighter afterwards because it only showed up on my roots, not my whole head. It still looks lighter on top, but not as bad as before. I'm going to re-dye it before I go back to school, because by then my roots would have come through.

-As I mentioned before, I'm buying a car! WOO! Kinda excited, I had my first lesson yesterday and it went really well. I know buying a car might seem unimportant at the moment, but because I'm trying to pass in as little lessons possible, I need to practice A LOT, so what better way than to buy a car?! Seen as it's too expensive to get insured on my mums car I may as well get my own. I've done a few trips to view cars, majority of, have been a pile of crap. Bar one, it was beautiful! A Ford Ka, luxe version, low mileage not a bump in sight. Then some stupid bidder outbid me on eBay. So now, I'm not allowed to buy a car on eBay, only autotrader. I'm viewing a Silver Ka later today and a Burgundy one tomorrow, so fingers crossed I'll have car by the end of the week!

- I've always has Polyvore, but I forgot about it, and didn't really know how to use it, but today I decided I'd work it out. So I downloaded the clipper thing, so I can upload photos of things from sites that might not register on the site. I also worked out how to put text on it and actually publish it rather than save it as a draft. I used it to create two sets of things I'm lusting after for A/W this year. There's lots of shearling, leather, suede, luxe fabrics, buckles and studs and earthy tones. All in all, I'm quite happy with the outcome, and I'm really starting to LOVE those Suede chunky heels from River Island and the Acorn necklace from asos!

Anyway, enough of what I can't afford!
I'm going to promise you I'll put more effort in with outfit posts and interviews. I have a few lined up, so that's a head start.
